Easily accessible. Only 5 mins walk from batam centre to the hotel. Very easy to call grab transport from the hotel. The rooftop view of the hotel is fantastically beautiful.

The most magnificent breakfast I found in a Batam Hotel is at Santika Hotel. There are many variations of the menu. The restaurant staff is friendly. The friendliness of the receptionist and housekeeper is NO ONE. Success for the hotel and its employees

This is my first time staying at HOTEL SANTIKA BATAM, but I didn't expect the view to be that good and beautiful during the day and at night, it fits perfectly with the city Friendly staff, the hotel atmosphere and rooms are also very good with very complete facilities, easy access to the environment in finding food and other goods The best hotel in Batam City, more precisely in Batam Center with very satisfying facilities and services

friendly staff and very helpful with every question and request. the food is super delicious in my opinion. complete and varied.. the room is neat and clean, the AC is very cold, the hotel is quiet not noisy, fragrant, complete with soap, it smells very distinctive, I like it... the swimming pool is simple, makes you feel at home because it's not complicated, and it's not high so I really like it, there aren't many rules for the pool either... on the rooftop you can eat above with a very beautiful view, the view makes it cool for taking pictures or enjoying the city atmosphere.. the location of the hotel is also in the city center, it's very good
