Hotel Santika Premiere Bandara - Palembang

I've stayed here twice. The hotel is nice, the lobby smells really good. The staff are also friendly. The breakfast is also delicious. There is also a balcony so my husband can smoke freely. Thank you Santika.

It was fun to staycation at Santika Airport. Thank you for the friendly and very helpful staff. The food is very varied and delicious, only the tekwan sauce is plain, there are no mushrooms, jicama when I eat it. The room is clean and comfortable, got a room on the 2nd floor so it is closer to the swimming pool. It is a shame that the TV in the room does not have Netflix, hopefully it will be available soon so that the staycation is more comfortable. The jogging track area is beautiful, there are many plants and photo spots, but after the rain the road becomes slippery because there is some moss on the road, please fix it. Overall, I am satisfied and had a fun staycation at Santika Airport, thank you.

Everything is good, service, facilities, comfort, etc. However, the quality is slightly lower compared to our stay in 2021. The soundproofing of the room, the noise of the guests next door, and the taste and variety of breakfast need to be improved 🙏

1. Lack of coordination between staff and guests who bring food such as durian. It is not allowed to bring durian, but because guests can come from any remote area, and maybe the guest brings it as a souvenir, it would be better to provide reasonable input to the guest. For example, the food is left at the restaurant. Paying is okay as long as you don't give advice to the guest to put the food outside the lobby/parking or throw it away. There are many hotels that are even rated below Santika, do not allow durian to be brought into the room area and its surroundings but ask for the food to be left at the reception. And it should be noted, any food that is left must be checked whether it is frozen or not, so that the staff can use their minds to put it in a suitable storage place. So that the food that is left is not damaged/stale 🙂 2. Lack of clear information by the staff if the guest orders delivery food. It would be better if there was a sign directing gofood/shopeefood to pass through and/or where to leave it. Or the security guard and outside staff can also be briefed clearly if there is a case like this. 3. Again, try to have more chats and clear briefings between the reception staff and the staff on duty at the hotel-airport shuttle. I waited for the shuttle to the airport for almost 1 hour. That was because I asked the receptionist twice why the shuttle that was promised to come every 30 minutes hadn't arrived. When I noticed, the officer who was the driver had been standing and pacing around the lobby. I don't really understand whether the reception staff forgot to inform me that there was 1 person who needed a shuttle or whether it was the officer on the shuttle who ha he ho he ho🙂 But in the end I was taken. The officer who was the driver was impressed.. enjoy? relaxed? idk. For me who has also worked as a front liner/front officer for a long time, those 3 points really disappoint customers. Please Santika Palembang improve. Thank you

I really like the service. All the staff are friendly. And the room is spacious with a nice interior. I really like it, I want to go there again later

The check-in and check-out process is fast. Suggestions and inputs may be that the TV can be switched to a smart TV so that those who staycation can enjoy it even more.

As a 4-star hotel, the standard is so bad. The kids' club is very dirty, the pool is so crowded and not clean. The restaurant staff is not helpful, they didn't help to get a table. The taste is also so basic and many foods are empty and they didn't refill it. The room has so many dust. And when we wanted to get extra towels, they didn't give it to us. So sad they have a beautiful hotel but the staff and service are so bad.

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive, the check-in/check-out process is very smooth, the restaurant food is delicious and of course access to the airport is very easy with a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or vice versa.

the staff service is satisfactory, and very friendly. there is only a minus in the wifi which is slow and reconnects.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the view is also nice, especially if you want to refresh yourself from the city.
