The place that I always stay in Malang. I saw a kitten got trapped between the wall and the net near my room. I informed the receptionist and they responded so quickly and rescued kitten. Awesome. Room is clean, staffs are friendly.

My 2nd time staying here. Overall a very nice experience. Some minor things could be improved, like cleanliness in small spaces like behind the beds etc. The bathroom could use an upgrade. For some reason the hairdryer only turns on for 10 seconds at a time. But other than that, the stay was very enjoyable! I'm.
