Resepsionis siap melayani chek in, check out 24 jam. Bagi anda yang menginginkan fasilitas penginapan mewah dengan harga yang ramah, Graha Syariah Samudra adalah pilihan yang tepat. Karena meskipun murah, penginapan ini menyediakan fasilitas mewah dan pelayanan yang memadai. 1. DARI SIMPANG MAYANG (JAMTOS), masuk Jl. Ir. H. Juanda (ke arah Mayang), Sampai Pertigaan Lampu Merah SD No. 64 (lurus arah Puri Mayang, ke kiri arah Jl. Multatuli/Puskesmas), ambil belok kiri ke Jalan Multatuli. Setelah Puskesmas ada perempatan ( ke kiri arah Purnama / Jl. Sunan Drajat, lurus arah Kenali Asam Atas, ke kanan arah Jl. Sunan Gunung Jati / arah hutan kota). Di perempatan ini belok kanan, masuk Jl. Sunan Gunung Jati, lurus, di pertigaan Villa Kenali ambil lurus, sampai ketemu tanjakan. Lokasi Graha Syariah Samudra +/- 200 meter setelah tanjakan, sebelah kanan jalan. 2. DARI ARAH KOTA BARU, Pertigaan lampu Merah Kotabaru, ambil jalan arah Palembang. 300 meter setelah lampu merah, belok kanan arah Purnama. Masuk 300 meter, di pertigaan belok kanan. Setelah masjid, di pertigaan belok kiri arah mayang / Jl. Sunan Drajat, sampai ketemu perempatan ( ke kiri arah Kenali Asam Atas, ke kanan arah Puskesmas / Jl/ Multatuli atau arah Mayang, lurus Jl. Sunan Gunung Jati. Di perempatan ini ambil lurus, masuk Jl. Sunan Gunung Jati, lurus, di pertigaan Villa Kenali ambil lurus, sampai ketemu tanjakan. Lokasi Graha Syariah Samudra +/- 200 meter setelah tanjakan, sebelah kanan jalan. 3. DARI ARAH PALEMBANG, Paal 8 Pertigaan STM Satria, setelah masjid, belok kiri masuk Jalan Sunan gunung Jati / arah Mayang. Masuk Jalan Sunan Gunung Jati, lurus sampai ketemu pertigaan hutan kota. Ambil lurus setelah pertigaan hutan kota. Lokasi Graha Syariah Samudra : +/- 150 meter setelah pertigaan Hutan Kota.

I got a room on the 3rd floor, had to climb stairs, no elevator. Overall ok, and what I like the most is the parking lot. I can even wash my car using the inn's water.

I was a bit disappointed with the wifi facility. There is one but it can't be used. There is no signal & internet connection at all. I asked for soap refill twice until it was time to check out, no staff brought the soap. The staff are very friendly and kind but hopefully it can be improved further.

We are staying on June 25 2024 on our way to Palembang, so need a room overnight to unwind. The location is quiet, the hotel is clean and beautiful. When checking in the officer checked my and my husband's ID cards. There were no cutlery in the hotel, when we delivered dinner and borrowed plates, the clerk said there were no plates in the hotel. The next morning breakfast was delivered at 06.05, fried rice in a styrofoam container, without drinking water.

For a Hotel Priced Under 300K, Room: Good Design. Bathroom: Hot Water, Exhaust Fan. Service: Breakfast Available. Overall not the best hotel, but with a price under 300 Very Worth it.

Ya hotelnya bersih sih dan kamar cukup nyaman. Kayanya yang kurang itu dari segi manajemen dan pelayanannya, karena staff nya bukan tidak sopan, tapi kaya kurang responsif dan kurang pengalaman. Harganya cukup terjangkau karena sudah dapat sarapan. Air panas berjalan baik, AC berjalan baik. Cukup bagus dibandingkan hotel seharga/sebanding di Jambi lainnya. Bersih dan nyamannya itu sebenarnya nilai jual hotel paling penting. Saya kalau harus ke Jambi lagi, lebih baik di sini sih daripada hotel lain.
