The room is comfortable for resting. There is no noise disturbance from outside. The bathroom is clean, all the staff I met were very friendly and responsive. Too bad I got mouth ulcers again, didn't have time to try the food menu at the hotel, maybe next time. -> suggestion: if possible, there needs to be a power outlet next to the bed ðŸ¤. Makes it easier for those who are lazy.

this is a photo of paradise hotel. tarakan plaza hotel, want to check in has been informed by the standby employee that the electricity from PLN and GENset is damaged due to fire.
logic only escalation 5 hours, generator is damaged. hotel without electricity??? smart people will definitely choose to move rather than something unwanted happening.

First time staying here via the app, immediately got a free meal voucher. Although the furniture is old, everything works well, it's just a shame the TV channels often disappear. The room is spacious, clean and doesn't smell of cigarettes. The breakfast menu is also varied with a delicious taste in my opinion, the hotel staff service is also friendly.
