For the price of 300, the facilities are very inadequate. The shower head is detached, there are no towels and toiletries, even a mat is waiting to be asked for and then given, and it is not in a clean condition.

dirty room is not suitable. the paint on the walls is peeling.. shabby bed sheets. bad smell. the bathroom smells of dirt... not like the one in the photo on traveloka.. unprofessional. I ordered and paid for 3 rooms but was provided with 2 rooms and I was told to go upstairs which was clearly my order below.. I didn't end up staying here even though I had booked and paid. there was no/could not communicate with the hotel manager. after I arrived I complained and was answered that I didn't know and didn't know by the hotel staff. really if there was a minus 100 value.. I would give minus one hundred (-100) for the overall assessment. I was really disappointed.

the hotel is very inadequate, expensive, broken shower, broken TV, broken room door, broken toilet, no hot water, no wifi, slow and rude receptionist. no nameplate. really regret booking through traveloka, it doesn't match what is displayed on traveloka. please friends, don't be fooled like me.. it's better to book on another application.

The TV doesn't work, no wifi, hot water is useless, I'm sure the pillowcases haven't been washed because they smell of other people's dirty hair, the person in charge is quite good and the MMCB is friendly, but the room facilities don't match what is stated in the app.

This hotel's nameplate is gone. When checking in, the front of the inn looks old and spooky. Maybe it's painted in bright colors. The large parking lot is nice. It's just that there is no hot water for bathing. The water and weather there are cold. Not suitable for out of town.

The hotel location is before the turn towards Telaga Sarangan. The hotel staff is friendly, the price of hot coffee is only 5000. The room is spacious. But unfortunately there is no hot water 🥲.

Worth it for the price of 50 thousand to get a comfortable and clean room, there are 2 mattresses. Strategic location very close to Lake Sarangan. The bathroom is clean, comfortable, the water is running well. The environment around the hotel is very comfortable and there is no noise from other vehicles. It's just that there is something missing, room 205 doesn't have a castle. It would be better if you were given a kastok for clothes hooks so they can be neater. Thank you, if you go to Nest, you will definitely stay there again.

Please return the room price to what it used to be, around 100 thousand but with adequate facilities. Currently the price is less than 50 thousand but the water is off. This hotel has been my subscription for a long time, if I go to Sarangan I definitely come here, because it is clean, comfortable, the lady who guards it is friendly. Hopefully it will be noticed. Thanks.

1. The newly mopped floor is still wet, even though check in is at 3. 2. The water is off (this is the most fatal) 3. No towels. 4. TV has no signal. 5. No wifi. For a hotel of this class, the service is the worst in my opinion, it is very inadequate.
