Very satisfying! Great cleanness there is no dust at all even if we touch the edge of the mirror or furniture. Great hospitality. Great Food with various variant of Javanese food. Definitely will come back to stay at Tentrem again. Keep up the good work.

It is marvelous experience. The hotel, the room, the swimming pool, all the fasciitis are marvelous. They really manage it well, and the hospitality is very warmth. Definitely recommended

I had an extraordinary experience during my stay. Tentrem still gives so much attention to details which most hotels do not nowadays. I still see my name on the TV as a welcoming gesture. We stayed with my child and they gave us 3 sets of pillows. When we entered the room, the AC already turned on. They gave us 3 door keys to use. The check in and check out processes were also fast. Every line of hotel staff greets us with sincere tones and smiles. These little kinds of things made you willing to pay more and come back in the future. I only wish they keep their great quality 10 years or more as great as now.

a must try hotel if you go to Semarang, the location is next to Tentrem Mall and quite close to several famous foods in Semarang. Moreover, the hotel breakfast is so good and they provide typical Semarang food. the room is spacious and the sofa is very comfortable. the staff is very friendly, they offer help first and are ready to help.

I have stayed at Tentrem Hotel several times, both in Semarang and Yogyakarta. The service, cleanliness, and sports facilities are very satisfying. It is very suitable as a hotel for staycation. I really like the breakfast, especially the consistent local cuisine👍👍👍

Very good reception, friendly staff, very comfortable room, cleanliness and very fragrant lobby space. Welcome drink is very different from herbal medicine that is healthy for the body. Overall very very good.

Everything was great, except the 1.5 hour late for the check-in time. I booked 2 rooms. 1 room was ready on time, but the other one didn't. Got my other room key around 16.30. Quite disappointing, but it is what it is. Hopefully it can be better next time. Overall, Thank You, Tentrem. Till next time.

Its not my first time stay at tentrem hotel especially tentrem hotel semarang, and it was always a pleasant experience with my family.
