Friendly staff, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, smooth shower water, smooth wifi, towels and toiletries provided, free breakfast too. There is free hot water for coffee and you can fill up with mineral water π Spacious parking lot, the hotel's position is close to the city center/strategic, I will definitely stay here again if I go to Purwokerto

The hotel is close to the business place we are going to, there is breakfast but unfortunately they don't provide sahur, even though it's the month of Ramadan, so it's a shame even though they have already paid for it and there is breakfast.

It's quite good for this size. Large room. Clean floor with mat. Clean sheets. Non-smoking room. But neighbors who smoke. Got a decent breakfast to fill your stomach in the morning

For this price, it is recommended, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, only there is no plug for charging the cellphone so you have to take turns with the TV plug π© the AC is cold, the water heater works well, but you have to wait a while for the hot water. The sink is clogged, the blanket smells musty and thin, only given soap, no toothbrush

And regarding your problem, we have provided a solution to upgrade the room and indeed because it is high season, the price is certainly different. But you and your family did not end up staying at our hotel. Thank you for your input, hopefully in the future we can be better.

Thank God, the room is clean and comfortable, the toilet is also clean, but there is one drawback, namely there is only 1 electricity socket, so if you charge your cellphone, you can't watch TV.
