I didn't expect to be given early check-in, initially I just wanted to leave my bag before checking in because I wanted to leave first. But when I arrived, instead of leaving my bag, I was given early check-in. Amazing, cold AC, good hot water, clean bathroom, safe parking. Close to Klojen Market, you can just walk, for those who want to save money from Kota Lama Station to the hotel, you can also walk, this hotel is a hidden gem.

Always happy to stay at this hotel every time I visit Malang. Although simple, the comfort provided is quite satisfying for a budget hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the hot water works optimally. The bed is clean and tidy. There is a smart TV with fairly stable wifi. There are not too many complaints, really. Always success!

I initially underestimated it, but when I arrived at dawn, the staff was still very friendly, the hotel was clean and fragrant, the rooms were spacious, and the location was close to the station/city center. Don't forget to try the Rawon in front of the hotel, it's delicious!

We stayed 3 nights here, 2 nights in the superior type then moved to a family room. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the environment is clean and beautiful, it feels like home. The staff is also very helpful. There are many food sellers around, there are rawon, rames, pecel, meatballs, all of which are delicious and at affordable prices. If you go to Malang again, God willing, you will stay there again. Thank you Willis Hotel.

The staff are friendly, check in/out is very fast, the room is spacious and clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom and toilet are clean, the hot water is smooth, but they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, and they provide unlimited hot coffee and tea.

The staff are friendly but there is only one room cleanliness is a bit lacking if necessary do pest control once a month because in my deluxe room near the reception there is 1 small cockroach.

Honestly, this hotel is very comfortable, most of all super okay, at most the inside of the room needs to be cleaned more because some details are still dusty. Also a suggestion to provide free regular hot water besides coffee and tea. Thank you
