Gosh, this blanket and bedsheet smell of other people's sweat, the hot water sometimes comes out and sometimes doesn't, please fix this, the towels are also dirty, like they've never been cleaned.

The staff is friendly and good, only 1 thing missing. I'm on the 2nd floor. Why is the water draining from the 3rd floor to the bathroom on the 2nd floor? The smell is there when someone urinates, forgets to flush or is not flushed enough. The rest is okay, great.

The hotel is really dirty, the room is damp and smelly, not recommended for couples and families, like a prostitution hotel! This is the first time I've found a hotel with no electricity! Very bad.

The wifi suddenly disappeared and was not connected, Hopefully the next trip will be fixed. For the TV in the lobby, it would be better to provide an STB so that it can support entertainment for guests who want to relax in the lobby waiting room. Input for the portion of breakfast is added please so that guests who are a bit late (08.20) can still get breakfast. Highlight for very helpful staff, great hospitality, RO next trip

AC ga dingin, berbunyi. Terus mati lampu ga ada genset. Pertama x ketemu hotel mati listrik. Lantai licin. Lokasi strategis, cuma kamarnya mengecewakan.
