Hotel is very good, it's just a walking distance with a shopping centre which literally full of amnesties. Hotel staffs are really friendly and also can communicate well in English so it's really helpful when you are from abroad and would like to feel like home. Foods are good even adding more varieties would be much more appreciated. The hotels room service also fast response, you can get a cup of coffee as quick as you wanted too and as for the meal, it tasted really good. Rooms are wide and clean, couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the hospitalities, you guys are the gem in a treasure island (Manado!) Kita baku dapa lagi yo!

Wifi on the 10th floor was so bad and this hotel handles the Chin*se group tour, they were so loud and noisy. The hotel should tell the tour leader to tell the group for keeping the voice down before they check in to the room. Imagine hearing the noise at 11PM and 6AM in the morning. Ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my staycation at Ibis last week. The room was super cozy and very unique, I love the way they set the color combination of the lights and the walls. I also appreciated the hotels because they provide 'nasi merah' and salad on their morning breakfast menu🥳✨

The hotel was great, this is the second time I stayed here. Shopping mall was just a stone away. Panoramic view was great from the room.

The space of the room is too small. The staff isn't too friendly, unheplfull and then the breakfast cost is too expensive.
