I stayed here for transit and the service was very good. The room was cozy, the location is very near with Simpang Lima where I tasted local culinary. The breakfast provided was very nice. Would definitely come back in the future.

The receptionist staff on the day I stayed was very helpful. The valet was also very helpful. Thank you. We'll be back soon if we go to Jogja again.:)

The room was very comfortable, it happened that I went there with the intention of vacationing, so when I rested and stayed overnight, I slept very well, because I was tired from going around Semarang all day. The only thing that was unfortunate was: 1. The lack of parking area, it happened that the car was parked behind the Tentrem mall. There is indeed a valet service, but it was a bit troublesome when I left something behind, I had to walk first 2. The use of cards for the elevator, everyone understands the use of the card in the elevator, it should have been explained first when checking in.

location in the middle of Semarang City and close to the center of the crowd (Simpang Lima Park) and the iconic Baiturrahman Mosque of Semarang City and the Culinary center. highly recommended for Out-of-town Guests, the drawback is the minimal parking area but with the alertness of the Hotel Staff this is no longer a problem.

strategic location, small room, old furniture, limited breakfast, when it's crowded but refills are always late, soto soup is not hot so the condiments can't cook, papaya is bitter, parking is narrow but there is a valet service.

Old hotel but with well-maintained facilities so it is quite comfortable. The staff are friendly & very helpful. The location is right in the city center, around Simpang Lima. The environment is very good. Full glass windows so the view of the city center from the room is clear & good. Highly recommended to stay while in Semarang

Ibis Hotel actually has no doubt about its quality. But because yesterday I stayed during the Eid holiday, the hotel was indeed full and it was a bit disappointing during the check-in process because even though I checked in at 19.30 at night, it turned out that there were still rooms that were not ready and I still had to wait. The reason from the front office also didn't make sense to me because they said there were guests who checked out late. Don't hotels already have a policy on the maximum check-out time? Hopefully in the future they can be more responsive even though it's high season and crowded. Good luck to Ibis Hotel!
