The hotel is comfortable, clean, the room is quite spacious, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We left some of our stuff after we got home, because we were from out of town the hotel was willing to help send it to our home address. Thank you Ibis Styles Cikarang.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness again. When entering the room there was a cup of sauce left under the bed. The telephone did not work. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the bathroom could not be used.
The AC was cold.
The food was varied (only the porridge sauce was salty).
Easy check in, friendly service.
The security was friendly and directed us directly to the parking lot.
But Ibis Styles is still the main choice for our family.

My comment, Alhamdulillah, all services are good.
but please note that the AC is not cold enough, from the beginning I entered until the next day Check Out the AC was still not cold enough and the table where the food was placed was full of ants.
That's all my comment.

I made a last minute booking because it was too late so I checked in at 12 midnight, I got a cheap price plus srpan, the RCP/staff was friendly and explained it quite well, the room was clean, the service was good, the breakfast menu was plentiful if for the usual taste, and for 7 year olds, an additional charge of 45 thousand and it was perfect on Saturday morning there was a free fun kids activity, a swimming pool near the restaurant and gym, hopefully it will be even better in the future

Overall it's comfortable. I deliberately chose Ibis because the room size is medium. And I was traveling alone. Unfortunately. That morning the TV had no signal. So I couldn't watch TV. So I felt lonely

The location is okay, the room is also okay enough for resting, it's just that the sheets look really old if not because you're tired you're too lazy to use the sheets, then drinking water should be given mineral water, it's not expensive, only 6 thousand for two bottles, rather than providing a dispenser with rotten bottles like bottles from the trash, the dispenser is also rotten, my suggestion is to just throw away the dispenser if you don't intend to provide drinking water.

I don't know why they need to put additional charge for room amenities. It must be included to the hotel room price. I have been stayed to so many hotels, and it was always free. Even in Jakarta also free. Disappointed.
