The hotel reception is very friendly and very helpful in the check-in process. The room service is also good. The nice thing about this hotel is that there are bolsters, so it is more comfortable to sleep. The breakfast menu is quite varied and delicious. I arrived at 3 pm at the hotel, the reception informed that the non smoking room was not ready. I told the officer that it is already pass 1 hour from the check in time and no excuse to give the smoking room and said it was the only available option. After waiting for a couple minutes she gave me the key to non smoking room, but when I entered the room I realized that it has no window and the space was narrow. Moreover, the towel was not yet there, no shower cap, and bar soap for hand washing. I have to call the receptionist twice to get all of those items and it took more than 30 mins before the housekeeping send it to our room. I don't know if this is because the hotel was short staffed because I did not see many hotel staff around the hotel when I arrived. For hospitality, I have to admit that the receptionists and the housekeeping staff are both polite and friendly.

At first, it was hard to open the door and I even had to call the cleaners first. It turned out the technician said that when I was about to go home the battery was dead, there was no room service to check the rooms so it was fine.

The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. However, I found a baby cockroach, and the shower corner was a bit rusty. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I would probably stay here again if there's another concert at JIS.
