I've tried Ibis style in different locations several times and it's really family friendly. This time I tried it in BSD City, thank God I had a pleasant experience. The kids can swim, the parents can go to the gym, they can borrow electric bikes for free, the rooms are clean and fragrant. So far so great. Will be good to be back ❤️❤️

We spent 3 nights during Lebaran holiday 2025. It was a perfect staycation. The hotel facilities are very great. Beside swimming pool, there are many kids activities, such as free bicycle ride, playstation 5, arcade games, and many more. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to and from AEON Mall BSD. The staffs were very helpful. We wilk consider this hotel as our first choice when visitng BSD area. Thank you Ibis Style Serpong BSD City

No tissue at the room, only at the toilet. Food OK but have to come early, need to wait if full. Restaurant for breakfast is a little bit small. Pool for children is a little bit small. OK overall good. Thanks.

The staff is very friendly, when we checked in and got on the shuttle, the lady started chatting with us. All the staff are friendly, the hotel is also nice and clean. It's just that yesterday the room sheet had a few black spots but it wasn't that disturbing, and there was no liquid soap in the toilet. Hopefully in the future it will be given more attention

First time lobby is so wuangii bgt..buggy car from parking lot to lobby. The employees are very friendly...very helpful. Kids activity is different from other places🤗. Delicious food...if anyone misses Indomie...they provide it in breakfast🤭🤭. Only one...there is no socialization to customers, parking tickets can be scanned at the receptionist every time you enter and exit the hotel...or scanned once with a flash card until check out so you don't have to go back and forth (only a flash card)

If there really are no smoking rooms, it should be stated at the beginning / on the hotel page, for some people, especially smokers, a smoking room is very important, so people are not fooled / have already booked with a request for a smoking room but in reality there are none with the excuse that the AC is being maintained,
