Dear Ibis Surabaya Tidar team, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. Although we booked a non-smoking room and the hotel was initially fully booked, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. When we encountered an issue with the room's odor, which seemed like a leftover smell of cigarette smoke, the staff kindly offered to change the room, considering my wife's pregnancy. Furthermore, when we needed an iron, the staff provided prompt and courteous service. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we appreciate the efforts made by your team. Thank you.

Perfect for a short staycation.

The room is clean, neat and fragrant. Booked a room with breakfast. The description did not say that breakfast was only for 1 person. When we got there, we were told that breakfast was only for 1 person. So my husband and I didn't have breakfast.

The hotel is comfortable, but the room is small but it is enough for me who is just resting for transit.

The location is strategic, close to the city center, the rooms are clean, fully equipped, there is a hairdryer, towels, and tea, there is also a minus for hot water.

Comfortable room, nice and quiet atmosphere.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though I had booked a non-smoking room and had moved rooms but the room still smelled of cigarettes, the room was stuffy and dusty, the car park was narrow and had to park on the side of the road, I only stayed here once and I will never want to do it again :(

Comfortable hotel located in the city center.. the most comfortable hotel while in sby.. Friendly hotel staff especially female receptionists Friendly, kind and humble... Good service... For Aestatic Hotel Clean comfortable rooms.. Complete amnesty.. only minus is on the TV.. Many channels are empty.. Maybe the next GM of the hotel can fix or upgrade the TV to a Smart TV like Netflix-Yt-Primevideo so that those who stay here feel at home😊.. Thanks For service see u next Trip stay at Ibis tidar🌹

The price is cheap, but the room and service are not cheap. Everything is really good.

Friendly service, responsive, very good cleanliness, strategic location near the city center. The parking lot is a bit small but there is a security guard who is quick to help find parking and is ready to help. Recommended. I have stayed here twice and am satisfied
