Not a new building but worth the price. Hot water, working desk, and chair, fast and cheap laundry, wardrobe, 24hours receptionist. Will definitely come again!

The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, the hot water for shower didn't work well. But overall, if you need accommodation around Unpar, this one's worth considering.
