Clean hotel, check in was great. The breakfast was ala carte but the menu was good. The balcony's small but it is cool. Location is good, it's far from main road so you can sleep well. Nice hotel.

This hotel is so nice to staycation for escape and enjoying your weekend.. In central Jakarta but feels like in Bali vibes.. near Plaza Indonesia. I had nice experience with my friend. In the executive suites room there are refrigerator, dispenser, kitchen net with big room. And of course with interesting public area. I love staying in this hotel even I need to remind them because there isn’t shampoo and soap in bath room.. and little bit dirty spot in the corner.. but after all I have awesome experience and thank you..

Nice and spacious hotel. It has a modern outlook. Clean and fruits during breakfast, well kept in fridge. Reception and F&B staff were very helpful. Nice tasting food and breakfast. Overall it''s a great place to stay. Room size is big enough for you to open your bag comfortably.

good. starting from check in. minus in the sound of the next room can be heard in my room even though my tv is on. the shower water pressure is not enough. during breakfast there was a shortage, I have conveyed it to the officer at that time and it was immediately replaced

The room has no windows so no sunlight comes in. The room layout is quite strange, uncomfortable, the luggage rack is behind the wall. The room smells a bit musty when I enter, like it has been empty for a long time. The breakfast tastes ordinary, not proper at all for a 4-star hotel

The location is very good for Sarinal Mall and Grand Indonesia, walking distance is not far. The hotel is full of aromatherapy. Overall, it is comfortable for vacation and office work.

Facilities: There is a small gym and sauna (only for the sauna you have to book first at the reception, so make sure you book long before you want to use it so it's hot) from the terrace above the view is really beautiful, you can see Monas. Food: delicious, large portions. Staff Assistance: the staff is very friendly and ready to help. Satisfied staying at this hotel because the environment and rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. The food is also very varied and delicious. The hotel is in the city center, but the hotel is on a small road. But still close if you want to go to the surrounding mall.

The welcome drink is not satisfying, the drinking place is small, the drinking water comes out a little and the time to fill 1 small glass can take a long time. There are quite a lot of food variations. Around the location you can walk to find food or just drink coffee. Not too far from Gambir station. For hot water for bathing, in the morning it seems like you can't get hot water (the water is still cold).
