The apartment was clean and tidy. Their are also tools if we want to cook for our family. My family was happy to stay on the apartment except for the parking area. The Parking area was full. Admin already info to us where we should park our car but still it's really hard to get a parking area. We even get uncomfortable moment with the parking security and we also pay fine just so we could ease the tension on that situation.

That was our first experience book an apartment for our holiday in Bandung. The owner really trust their customers and spoiled them with amazing services. The location was really close to any good places in Bandung, such as Cihampelas street with many of cool spots. The Wi-Fi (the most important thing), kitchen sets, bedrooms, bathroom, living room was amazing. The cleanliness was excellent. It's no doubt that we will book this apartment for our next holiday in Bandung

The room smells. After looking for the source of the smell, it turned out there was salted fish in the dish rack. Maybe it was left over from the previous guest. The smell didn't go away even after being sprayed with freshener.

The staff is not friendly, if you check out late because you overslept, you can discuss it carefully. No need to use kicks, the room has lots of cockroaches, stayed 2 nights, the wifi only turned on the first night, but as staff you have to be more polite, wake people up in a nice way, no need to use kicks as you please!

Sebenernya yang saya tau ini ada rukonya gtuu taunyaa ga ada jdinya janjian di lobby, pas masuk semuanya kotor bgtt dari ac ga nyala, ga di kasih batre, terus dari tempat sepatu bau banget padahal semua full furniture kulkas gabisa di pake. Sebenernya tapi kebantu sama kasur yang baru di ganti sprei jadi wangi terus ada TV, air panas aman ituu ajh sih yang lumyan sisanya harus lebihh di pantau lagi yaa kebersihannya.

Mau liburan malah menderita! Gambar di aplikasi menipu parah, testi yang bilang bagus juga palsu, kasur single 120, di bilang double bed (normal 160), trus komplain di suruh tidur pake busa tambahan di lantai, keren kan? Yang keset kotor dimana-mana, AC tanpa remot, main cabut dari colokan, kalo kesetrum ya nasib anda tragis, sarung bantal & selimut bau dan tipis sekali, saya sih sampe d gigit kutu beberapa bagian cuma kulit orang kan beda-beda, siapa tau kulit anda anti kutu, kamar mandi pintu ga bisa rapet, closet duduknya goyang-goyang bautnya ada yang lepas, kalo untuk 250rb, masih banyak yang lebih layak untuk di sewakan. Kelebihannya AC nya dingin (Bandung, Dec 2023 musim ujan,) saya tidak bandingkan dengan hotel *5, tapi paling tidak, bersih dan rapih saja sudah cukup. Kalo ga mau dan mampuu, jangan di sewakan, menipu orang! Bikin liburan orang menderita, saya sampai detik ini menulis review tidak pernah ridho bayar ini, karena saya mau batalkan jumlah hari yang belum saya pakai, tapi pihak hotel tidak mau dengan alasan sudah sesuai, sesuai apa? Haduh, jangan sampai anda korban berikutnya, kalo tetep mau ya terserah aja (penilaian pribadi dengan bukti).

Saya menginap di kamar tower B 1602 kecoa kecil dimana-mana. Saya bisa dapatin lebih dari 5. Di kamar tidur dan di meja dekat tv. Debu di kolong tempat tidur banyak ada tissue bekas dan kain. Karena kebetulan mengambil barang yang jatuh. Karpet juga sepertinya tidak pernah di vacuum. Toilet seat geser-geser dan goyang. Sungguh membahayakan apalagi saya bawa 2 anak kecil. Saya ga akan mau nginap di sini lagi. Untung cuma 2 malam saja.

Clean rooms. Responsive owner. On the day we will be contacted via WA. There are staff on duty at the apartment. The facilities include AC, TV, refrigerator, and the most important thing is TV and WiFi. Gas stove hot water has a gallon of original Aqua. Just walk to Ciwalk Mall. Very satisfied on a budget trip in the city of Bandung staying here.

The facilities are quite complete, but the cleanliness is not good. The room smelled bad, the kitchen drawers were quite messy, the bathroom closet was leaking, and there were several cockroaches. Hopefully in the future it can be paid attention to again.

Bagus lah, puas apalagi lokasi apartemen gak jauh dari pusak keramaian Cihampelas tapi gak. Begitu bising juga karena masuk gang terus enaknya lagi deket sama mushola jadi enak bisa sering sering jamaah, faisilitas kamar cukup dan bisa difungsikan semua jadi puas lagh next kalau ke Bandung better sewa apart lagi di sini karena bikin nagih gitu.

The overal apartment environment was suspicious, but I won't rattle this (because of the price) the apartement smells bad, moldy, and felt like no sunlight had come in. Ventilation very bad. The water for drinking was dirty, the sheets smells moldy. And when we come it wasn't clean at all. The staff just guide me through whatsapp (check in and check out), oh! And the bathroom was slimmy.

Sesuai dengan harga jadi jangan berexpetasi tinggi, atapnya pendek, lampu kurang terang, semoga bisa jadi masukan, parkir oke bisa bayar harian, ke Ciwalk deket cuma jalan aja, buat backpaker an oke.

Ruangan bersih, peralatan masak lengkap, air galon dispenser ada, kamar mandi terasa licin lantainya seperti jarang disikat, parket kayu lantai sudah mulai terkelupas, air panas mati nyala, lampu ada yang butuh diganti bohlamnya satu karena mulai redup, sprei saya ga tau habis diganti atau tidak.

Really good seriously. In accordance with the photo really. Very comfortable, lots of blankets and pillows so there's no shortage. The air conditioner is cold, there is an iron too, and the room smells good. This is the first time staying at Jarrdin, getting a good apartment, usually getting zonk.

Kamar bersih. Selimut dan handuk disediakan. Kamar bisa muat kami berlima ada sofabed depan tv. Wifi lancar. AC. Air minum juga ada. Peralatan masak lengkap ada juga alat makan dipersiapkan sama owner. Pemilik ramah, pemilik memberikan petunjuk check in by wa sehingga mudah buat kami check in meski malam hari. Apartemennya lokasi prima tengah kota Bandung cocok buat kami yang on budget berlima ke Bandung, ada kolam renang juga di lobi. Lokasi apartemen yang mudah dijangkau deket ke wisata utama kota Bandung, pas sebelahan sama Ciwalk mall bisa jalan kaki, cocok banget buat yang pengen liburan hemat ke Bandung.
