This hotel had a nice room with reasonable price. But first the staff was annoyed and impolite. No smile and arrogant. Upon I arrived he even didn't know my booking. Then I show my confirmation letter. He escorts me to the room while carried towel and soap. After his open the door he just throw those things on the bed. Without reconfirm my booking he leave me 😂😂😂😂. I thought he also didn't checked my booking. I request my bed was king but it was twin. I know that my room was the lowest grade. But at least you should respect the guest. Who ever they are. Then the guests will be respect you back. Hope this review can help the owner to improve the service. 😁

Cheap. Including coffee at arrival and breakfast nasi goreng. Room basic but cool, fan, TV, no shower (mandi). On the main road.
