Location in the city center. The towels for the floor mats need to be replaced, because they are no longer suitable. The puff pastry snacks were stale, it would be better to double check the food before serving.

subscription when going to Jember. the size of the bed is really big. suitable for three people with children. friendly service from the security guard, receptionist, and everyone. only when checking in the room was not well prepared. I ordered 3 rooms with 1 different type of room, it was really the same. overall everything is ok. the facilities are also quite complete, the breakfast is ok.

I stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights for a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the service provided. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. The breakfast provided was quite varied and tasted good, especially the local menu. The location is also strategic, close to the city center and places to eat. The only downside was that the AC in my room was a bit noisy at night, but it wasn't too disturbing overall. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The check-in process took a long time, many hotel guests waited a long time to check in, because the condition was over guests staying that day. Hopefully in the future it can be better, especially every year there is definitely a surge of guests at every Eid holiday moment. Thank you, .. overall it's pretty good .. so only the check-in process is quite long ..

We checked in past 8pm and checked out at 7.30am...so practically we only slept for a while, had sahur and took a morning shower. The bonus was that there was a durian seller near the hotel...so we could eat durian there (on the side of the road). The hotel was beautiful and the food for sahur was quite varied...the staff was friendly...the price was quite competitive.

The hot water didn't work. I had already complained. I thought it was okay. It turned out that when I took a shower in the morning, the hot water still didn't work. It was a shame because I really liked the cleanliness of the room.

In terms of facilities, everything is quite good, but for an iron and hairdryer you have to ask the receptionist and the hot water is not hot enough, so if you take a shower at night you might shiver.
