Because the floors and rooms are renovating dusty and noisy builders. Had the wrong room class, deluxe should have been given a standard.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, cuma sayang masih pembangunan (dari tahun yang lalu - sekarang) dapet kamar lantai 3, ada lift tapi belum nyala, jadi terpaksa pakai tangga itu pun tangganya tidak ada pegangan, kurang safety buat anak anak. Kamar masih banyak yang belum jadi. Untuk di dalam kamar lantainya agak sedikit kotor, mungkin dipel bersih. AC dingin agak lama, tapi kalau udah dingin, dinginnya parahh hahaha, kamar mandi cuma ada sabun sama handuk 1, tersedia hair dryer juga. Dapat kamar 307 ada balkon kecilnya, tapi kadang banyak semutnya, tapi nanti ilang sendiri. Tapi untuk harga segitu sudah worth it menurutku.

Untuk harga segitu dengan fasilitas yang diberikan sudah memuaskan. Tapi sayang masih dalam tahap renov jadi masih bau debu dan kalau sudah jam 8 pagi sudah mulai ribut di luar karena para tukang mulai bekerja. Kalau sudah jadi oke sih ini tempat buat tempat jujugan kalau ke Solo.

when there there were still parts of the building and rooms that were under construction, comfortable rooms, but the bathroom was dirty, like poorly maintained, the heater still had water, and lots of ants around the heater and table, friendly staff, strategic location

A hotel that I think is good at that price. The price is very affordable but the hotel quality is good. Guaranteed you don't regret it, only at the hotel there is still construction that hasn't been completed so there's a lot of dust and there's no lift yet, so get ready to go up the stairs huh hehehe. Oh yeah, the hotel is directly Alfamidi, so it's just right if you're hungry, go straight down.

That new hotel, the rooms that can be placed are still few but the rooms are really good for this affordable price. There is still construction so don't be surprised if there are builders, but it's not too noisy. The cleanliness is not bad, but it can be improved again. On the bed sheet there were stains like that on the walls like there were stains too. The water is fast, there is also hot water, the TV channels are few, but the AC is cold. There are no toiletries either, only a towel is given ... so if you want to stay here, bring your own toiletries or buy first under Alfamidi. The elevator is not yet finished and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, if you carry a lot of goods it is a bit complicated to have to carry up and down stairs. All the staff are kind and friendly, request early check-in can be, and the location is strategic .. lots of food selling around the hotel.

So far is actually quite satisfying, room facilities are also sufficient, but the condition of the building is still under construction, so the atmosphere is uncomfortable, noisy, and in the morning the water has died and waited quite a long time.
