JM hotel has good location, surrounding by cafe, bar & restaurant, 200 m from kuta mandalika beach, friendly & helpful staff. Well maintain hotel, especially for our bungalow. 👌

The location is so convenience, facilities are enough and all staff are so friendly and help me to have a relax time during mu holidays. Ms. Yusica, one of hotel staff was so kind to me when I had some requests. I will come and stay again!

It did not meet my expectations at all. The writings about it was misleading. They give me a room upgrade but the room was just finished from major maintenance and was not checked properly yet.

Hotel dengan kamar yang sangat luas dan view pool yang menarik. Tapi sayang masih ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan. Kamar mandi, semua keran-keran shower, keran wastafel nya, keran bathtub harus ganti semua. Tidak berfungsi normal dan tampak jorok. Air bekas mandi tidak mengalir karena salah level lantai. Jadi menggenang di depan pintu. Lampu kamar sangat kurang, sehingga kesannya gelap. Kamarnya banyak nyamuk, ini cukup mengganggu. Sarapan mie goreng atau nasi goreng plus orange juice.
