Harusnya waktu check in bisa lebih fleksibel karena saya pribadi jauh-jauh dari Kaltim dari pagi sampai hotel tembus pagi dan harus menunggu jam 2 siang? Saya bayar untuk istirahat, bukan untuk menunggu!

I ordered 1 room for 2 days, namely a twin balcony room. On 2 July I checked in at the hotel. Then on July 3rd, I had activities and left the hotel. I decided to hang a sign asking for room cleaning. But what do I get? The rooms are not automatically cleaned, towels are not replaced, drinking water is not added. All of that was only given after I called the receptionist on the phone. (towels, toiletries, mineral water) that's also because I ordered 2 nights. Then there are no water heater/thermos facilities for me to make coffee in the room, he said the twin balcony was not available for that facility. But what is there for the single bed balcony (what kind of rule is this?). Then breakfast, when I was going to check out I wanted to have breakfast and it turned out that the breakfast was out. We had to wait for breakfast to be cooked first. For the first time I experienced this incident. The point is, I don't want to stay at that hotel anymore.

Lebih dari 1 kecoa yang beterbangan. Aroma ruangan bau apek. Operator mengganggu istirahat karena telepon menanyakan perihal tamu yang masuk. Seharusnya sebagai receptionist harus mengetahui tamu yang keluar masuk.
