Lack of coordination between the CS team, the CS guy confirmed to me whether he wanted to be there at 12 o'clock to extend or not? I answered extend. At 12 o'clock I went down to pay, the CS girl said the room was full. I'm surprised. Then the CS girl blamed me for not confirming it from last night. Heloww what the heck, the hotel should have confirmed it to the customer long before checkout time, anticipating customer extension, how or not to bump into other customers. Finally I was confused about packing things. The reason is that someone already booked last month, you don't think it's someone who's staying. Very strange. Hopefully management methods will be improved further.

Udah kesekian kalinya kesini. Tempatnya bersih banget dan nyaman sih. Kamar mandinya ada fitur hot and cold nya, jarang-jarang ada nih buat penginapan semurah ini. Handuk, sabun, shampoo, sikat dan pasta gigi juga udah disiapin. Keren banget lah pokoknya!
