Location is great in the heart of seminyak, but the villa is on the other side of the street. So it 's quiet and you just need to walk around 3 minutes to cross to the other side to the main heart of seminyak where you can shop, dine and party. Price value is amazing for such a location and facilities in the villa. We booked a 2 br villa, even though there 's just 2 of us. Just minor, breakfast was not great. Or maybe I'm an coffee addict, and I need good coffee in the morning instead of nescafe sachet coffee. If they can fix that, it 's perfect.

BEST! Very recommended, the staff are so kind, they clean up your room everyday (you don't even have to ask) but they'll ask you every morning. The facilities are good, and have good access and easy to find, other hand it ' s not creepy tho (some villas I've ever go to bali, are hard to find and also creepy with less light) they good set up the villa with not too much light but not even less light so you'll feel the villa is haunted. Best villa! Can't wait to back for my family gathering ~.
