It's actually cool, but there are a few misses. There is no room service, staying for a few days but the room is not cleaned, the trash is not thrown away. The swimming pool cannot be used because it is not cleaned. Amenities or facilities such as soap are not available, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not added. Even though I stayed for more than 1 day. The place is nice with a natural concept but it is quiet so it feels scary at night

location, food and everything besides the room interior is very nice and clean. The food is delicious, the portion is big. The room interior is not very modern. The restaurant is nice and clean. The room WIFI is slow, Netflix often buffers. The facilities in the room should be more modern and complete. The room door can't be closed tightly, there is a gap after being locked so you can peek from the outside. There are curtains that can't be closed tightly so you have to hook them behind the TV so they can't be seen from the outside. Overall, it's recommended

Water Heater in the room didn't work, had to call house keeping every time my kids want to take a bath, water at the pool is dirty, cafe not open at all. Potential hotel, just need improvement.

Kebersihan di kamarnya kurang banget, perlu diperbaiki. Kalau banyak nyamuk mungkin itu kan alam bebas ya jadi wajar, saran aja sih jadi sebelum tamu masuk kamar dibersihin dulu.

* Rooms are relatively dirty. ** ants on the floor, walls, roof. ** less prompt in picking up suitcases when checking in. * Garden & water environment, which is around the room = a lot of garbage is not collected. * Plants can be tidied up, the spy looks clean. It's a shame, even though the place is good & the location is strategic. Hopefully it will be input & will be fixed soon. Thank you

The hotel is very integrated with nature, rest can be calm while hearing the sound of water. The lack of not being able to order food at night because the cafe is closed. I stayed 2 days also there was no mineral water refill. Overall it's okay. Thank you Hopefully next time the service will be better.

Suitable for a honeymoon, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the service is also good, the food is also good, only 1 for the bathroom, the shower area is for bathing and the closet/sink has no barrier, so if you use it for a wet shower, all the floors and the bathroom floor are too slippery. everything was wet, the first day my husband took a shower he fell and almost hit his head on the floor, thank God he could not stand it with his hands so he didn't hit the floor on his head and body. If for all it's okay.
