The villa is very nice with a mountain view,,,the swimming pool is clean and the guard is friendly,,, for road access is a bit narrow and the location of the Villa is above so it takes effort to climb the stairs which is quite a lot,,,not recommended for the elderly,,,hehe a little input for the room should be provided with a fan and the karaoke equipment should be upgraded again especially the mix and speakers,,, the place is already good and comfortable,, it's a shame if the facilities are not supportive,,, thank you

some facilities are not like in the photo, for example the TV in the lower room was removed and there was only 1 mattress with a bed frame while in the photo there were 2, the hot water didn't work, the microphone for karaoke didn't sound good and there was a broken mic. The rest is good, the villa guard has been very helpful if there are any problems or requests, and the outdoor view is also good to enjoy and take pictures together, the swimming pool is child-friendly, the location of the villa is child-friendly and the elderly (the stairs are not too high)

Best👍💯 I stayed in the Olahrasa type and I brought 6 families, the villa design is good, the service is friendly and fast, the number of rooms and beds and toilets is large, there is a prayer room, the swimming pool is quite cool, the kitchen furniture is complete, the car park is quite safe. Basically I am very satisfied staying here, only a few corrections hopefully can be improved again for the lights are not bright enough, the toilet in the top room needs to be repaired, the wifi in the morning can't even though last night there was no problem. overall I give a score of 90/100. my extended family is very happy and would like to say Thank you to Kampus Alam Starcamp.

-There was a wifi tools but cannot connected to TV or phone 📱 mobille.-There were 2 bathrooms which all the doors were no lock or can't closed thightly from outside.-Actually worth with the prize.-The Housekeeper was very friendly & helpful.-For group more than 6 persons the kitchen need more larger area.-Swimming pool 👍

friendly hotel guard.... ready to be asked to help clean the place... please pay attention to the toilet again... the toilet near the pool has dirty water the toilet in the room is leaking the toilet, kitchen, mini bar, the door has come off for a nice atmosphere, cool mountain view and beautiful city lights at night.....

I rented it for a youth community event that just wanted healing, but first I apologize to the villa. There are indeed 12 of us, and there are more guys than girls, as a girl I use the kitchen equipment as well as possible, but the guys actually damage the kitchen equipment (Teflon). As a tenant under my own name, I feel bad about it, especially since the cleanliness of the guys compared to the girls cannot maintain cleanliness. The point is our guys are dirty, I want to cook the noodles that I brought but I feel lazy to cook, but I still have to cook because I am hungry. As a tenant, I sincerely apologize to the villa, if it is indeed very detrimental to the villa, in the future I will be conducive regarding the use of existing facilities

The swimming pool is not very clean. The toilet is broken. I asked for it to be fixed. The manager said it was already broken so just flush it manually. 🫣 The wifi is always down. The place is pretty good.

The mattress is very old, uncomfortable because the spring mattress hurts the body. The water in all bathrooms is very small. Water heater sometimes works sometimes not.

The access road is very narrow, only 1 car is enough. The most extreme location. The villa is comfortable, safe, the admin is active in providing information. The villa keeper is friendly and very helpful. The villa is quite clean and complete with cooking and entertainment equipment. Private swimming pool for each villa. Suitable for staying with a large family.

So much fun! We stayed on a long season Saturday and Sunday at a price of 2.6 villas per person. Private pool, complete cooking utensils! Minus the bathroom water is a bit murky. The stairs to the upper room are very steep. But overall it's good, I'm satisfied

For the staff who helped us when we got lost, they were very helpful. Kitchen utensils, smart TV, 3 rooms, private pool, small pool for small children are available. Wifi is not available at Villa Olah Jiwa. For kitchen utensils, please clean the bathroom more. And add wifi. Thank you for Villa Kampus Alam. Olah Jiwa.

Saya pesan olah jiwa villa, lokasinya di pojok atas dan nanjak, tidak recommended untuk yang membawa lansia. Terdapat aula yang bisa dipake untuk kumpul bersama. Lumayan asik, penjaga villa nya ramah. Masukan: sprei perlu diganti ke yang lebih bersih, jendela di belakang tempat masak baiknya ditutup, sehingga tidak tampias saat hujan. Kualitas air perlu ditingkatkan.
