The room is very comfortable and great, the bathroom is also okay, the service is also okay, the surrounding environment is also okay. That's all good for me, it's just that this hotel is an old building. I haven't tried the food. Maybe next time I can go to this hotel again.

For the blanket (extra bed) it smells really bad, finally asked for a change. The bathroom door can't be closed, some of the curtains are torn, the color of the towels is already yellow. For the staff (receptionist, security, OB) all are friendly and helpful, the seat is not slow. The room size is large, suitable for a family room.

Staying at Kangen Boutique Hotel was very memorable for our family
Check in time was not complicated because we arrived at midnight, the tiredness throughout the journey was really paid off when we entered the Hotel room, clean, cold AC, clean bathroom, and quiet
We felt comfortable staying at this Hotel, good and friendly service
Several times on Vacation to Jogya, this time we stayed at Kangen Boutique Hotel, a strategic location close to Jogya City Mall and ICONIC, just walking distance, there are also many culinary places around the Hotel. highly recommended
Next time if we go on vacation to Jogya again, we will make sure to stay at this Hotel again.

Very nice hotel very close to Jogja City Mall. Room rate was so good compare with others with the same facilities. Clean, all staffs were so kind and helpful. Will go there again for sure.

Overall it is quite satisfying, maybe a note for the lift which is close to the kitchen on the 1st floor, so that sometimes it creates an "unpleasant" aroma.

Still comfortable even though the building is quite old (I was here in 2014). I really like that with this budget I can get a room with a bathtub, especially because I bring children so I need a bed and a large room so they can play. The style is like classic antique. And it's nice because it's close to the mall, so you can just walk to find food or take a walk

Alhamdulillah requested a smoking room and got it. The expectation was as bad as a smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke came in, this smelled damp. Alhamdulillah the room maintenance did not show that there was frequent maintenance or care and maintenance. The walls were cracked, the bathroom was moldy, the bathroom exhaust was dead, the shower water alternated between hot and cold, Alhamdulillah the shower was checked, it didn't seem like a hotel shower like that. The breakfast food seemed like it was from a nutritionist, Alhamdulillah it didn't taste like there were any. The atmosphere of the room, Alhamdulillah, was really scary, like there were zombies. The room was really dirty, the equipment was broken, replaced like, the hairdryer could also be bought with a slightly higher wattage, at the level of a 3-star hotel, don't be too bare, the most important thing is to get CSE.

For mendang people, it's better if you're on a low budget, you can stay at a hotel in a strategic location, near JCM next to Gelato, you can get breakfast but the hotel towels should be changed and the bathroom smells really bad. Hopefully in the future the facilities and comfort will be even better. Send regards for success.
