Dari segi view very worth it dengan pricenya. Cuma tidak sesuai dengan kamar nya karena lantai bukan vinyl seperti di foto, dan anjingnya masuk-masuk ke area private pool. Nyesel aja sih pesan private pool karena ingin refreshing, akhirnya cuma check-in 3 jam dan pindah hotel. Karena sudah 3x anjing keluar masuk (karena tidak semua tamu non-muslim). Sudah lapor juga ke resepsionis, mungkin pagarnya perlu diperbaiki sampai menutup ke bawah supaya anjing tidak keluar masuk smp makan makanan customer di meja private pool, respon staff sangat ramah. Kebersihan toilet dan lemari penyimpanan minim sekali. Sayang sekali padahal staffnya baik-baik banget.

This hotel is perfect for staycation with idyllic setting of paddy fields and swimming pools. Beware of insects, however hotel is aware hence the insect repellent provided in the drawer. Breakfasts are delicious. And We even get to try local durian from neighboring Farmers. Overall services are very good.

Friendly crew, clean rooms and really good views (pool and ricefield view). Ordered snacks and food to the room also arrived quickly plus the food was delicious, the price was okay. As a Denpasar person who is looking for a staycation, this is a good place.

Kami booking melalui aplikasi pada pukul 7pm. Kami tiba pukul 8pm. Pada saat check in prosesnya sangat lama kami harus menunggu hampir sekitar 30 menit karena PIC yang ada di sana tidak paham cara membuka system dan saya sampaikan ke PIC tersebut bahwa saya membawa anak bayi 3 bulan dan kami ingin segera beristirahat. Finally kami tiba di Villa no 103. Pada saat kami mulai beberes dan anak kami baru tidur tiba-tiba kami di telp dari Front office saya di minta datang untuk memberikan KTP karena PIC tersebut lupa meminta KTP pada saat check in. (Come on ini harusnya bisa dilakukan besok pagi mengingat kondisi kami membawa baby) Kemudian malam itu kami juga sangat terganggu dengan villa 105 yang memutar music sangat keras, 3x saya coba telp ke front office tidak ada yang angkat. Keesokan harinya setelah saya habis jalan pagi bersama keluarga saya minta di siapkan breakfast dan kembali mereka 2x double check ke saya apakah booking an saya sudah including breakfast (come on seharus nya di system kan ada pada saat Booking) Breakfast nya lezat cuma kami harus menunggu 1 jam untuk mendapat kan breakfast kami. Kemudian kami check out jam 12 dan pada saat itu barang-barang kami sudah dibawa ke lobby. Tetapi pada saat saya ingin memasukan 2 koper dan stroller no one help me dan pada saat selesai baru ada 1 orang wanita menghampiri saya. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan padahal jelas kami pesan private pool Villa tetapi kalo tidak mendapatkan pelayanan dengan baik.
