Such a lovely place. With nice smell of blossom flower, peaceful ambience, great scenery, and cold weather. The room Damascena also spacious and clean. Very nice staying experience

It is a heaven for gardening lovers. I stay in damascena it has beautiful view. Many beautiful spots.

Nice minimalist rooms in the middle of a beautiful, spacious garden (which is an attraction in and of itself). Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Water heater was set backwards (cold to hot and vice versa) and was a bit murky, there were stains on the blanket. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was so nice, tidy, and clean. We really enjoyed the mountain fresh air and smell good from many flowers around. There is a playground for kids. Service good enough. But menu of breakfast less variate, just porridge, fried rice and bread.

We stayed for 2 nights at magnolia villa, and we don't get bored at all. The view are pretty and istagramable the air was cool, the garden beautiful to look at and our children are very happy just running around since it such a cozy place to be. The villa are spacious, nice, clean and affordable. We really enjoy our stay and defenetly will come back again.

The place is really nice, especially in the morning when the sun just rises. The only downside is that if you walk there at night, it's really dark. But in the morning, it's really nice!

Suitable for family vacations looking for peace, coolness, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fresh air, as far as the eye can see the natural, comfortable, beautiful atmosphere. Housekeeping is very helpful. The front office is friendly. There is only one thing that needs to be improved, the taste of the restaurant's dishes, especially for breakfast and the alacarte menu, is still standard. The restaurant's operating hours, especially for those staying overnight, must be able to open earlier for open orders (wanting to ask for additional orders before 10 am, the restaurant rejected it because the operation was not yet open). The rest is very impressive.

The garden is great for flower lovers, the view is breathtaking. I thought booking the most expensive cottage would give us the best view, but it wasn't, our view is blocked by other cottages. One of the rooms on the first floor has a bad smell and it feels so damp. The menu for breakfast is exactly the same for the two days we stayed there. Cleanliness for sure needs to be leveled up.

the atmosphere is calm and beautiful. the air is cool and fresh. overall, it is highly recommended to stay here. next time we go to Garut again, we will stay here again 😍😍. feels like we are in Switzerland 🤩

For the view is good The room is also clean The BF food is standard, there is fried rice, bubu and bread Drinks are coffee, tea and juice It's just that I'm disappointed with the security there because I lost some food and ice gel that I put in a closed aluminum bag behind the front chair on the terrace This is the first time I've stayed overnight and lost it🥹 Hopefully in the future there won't be an incident like mine

The ambiance and room are superb for those seeking a quiet place, but finding decent food can be a bit difficult. You might want to bring some food with you, as the hotel is located at the top of the hills.

Advantages: Natural cool atmosphere, Comfortable and compact rooms, free afternoon snacks, full hot water, many aesthetic photo spots, and a large exploration area, playground, tree house, ducks, fish, colorful roses, soap, shampoo and rose scented hand sanitizer. - disadvantages: Additional cost for breakfast for children over 10 years old is a bit pricey (100 thousand) when compared to the availability of the menu offered for small children (my child only ate white bread and juice), No ironing facilities provided. but overall I am happy to stay here because I really enjoyed it. it just might need to be improved in terms of breakfast diversity, especially for small children, at least there is cereal and white milk if the additional cost is that much, and if guests ask about facilities that are not available, it is better to just say it directly rather than making guests wait. thank you for the experience full of roses
