Had a great experience during our short weekend vacation in bandung. The staffs are very helpful, easy check in and check out. The room was clean and quite spacious. The location is strategic, we can take a walk to ciwalk. Upnormal and mangkok manis just a walk away from the hotel. Overall it was a great stay.

For a comfortable location, close to places to eat but the rooms are not soundproof, the bathroom water is brown, the towels are brown in color, the pillows are flat and the sheets are brown, not pure white.

The hotel is right at the end of the Cihampelas skywalk so it's nice to walk along the Ciwalk from end to end. The furniture in the room needs to be fixed, especially the table whose HPL has peeled off, the bathroom is okay but the towels are rough and smelly

Staff was very friendly. Location is very good. There's hairdryer provided in the bathroom. Just one thing that I don't like is the ambiance of the hotel. A lil bit spooky cause I stayed for 2 nights, and 2 nights my door was knocked by someone drunk or whatsoever-creature🥲

Plus Points: + Strategic location, Friendly Staff, including complete equipment in the room (but old school) Development Points: - Bathroom: Towels are very rough, dry, shabby as if not ironed, the water flow is strong but the hot water is not warm/hot, the taps are rusty and broken. - Bed: clean and tidy, but the pillow cases look like they haven't been ironed? - Room: Complete equipment facilities actually, no room tissue, the drinking water heater smells like it's never been washed.

quite clean and comfortable, only some of the walls are quite old and the wallpaper is peeling a lot. Television signal suddenly lags and freezes. The electrical plug is quite far from the reach, it is difficult to charge the device.

The first time I entered the room, the room was already smelly, the AC was not cold, the tap water came out black, smelly and small. As a result, I didn't take a shower and washed my face with mineral water, parking was difficult because there were many buses, the only good thing was that the TV was bright and had many channels. Thank you.
