The worst first stay experience. Wanted to take a hot shower from night until noon waiting but instead told to brew the hot water yourself. There were no spoons and forks. Even stirring using a comb handle. The bathroom was not clean. The blanket made me itch. The mattress was still dusty. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and not agile. It looked lazy. It's a shame the hotel is filled with stupid staff.

1. Dirty room has not been swept, lots of dust, I see it as a layman. Moreover, I am a Housekeeping person, I see the corners of the floor and windows are full of lizard dirt.
2. The electric kettle switch is not working and is dirty
3. Only 1 electric power is working, even though it is used by a mini refrigerator, it is difficult to charge a cellphone

Before customers enter the room, it is better to check the cleanliness first from dust behind the entrance door and there is no mat outside the bathroom door, the TV and AC remote cannot be used. The TV screen is like a tube TV, it is not comfortable to watch

transferred to another hotel that was not suitable without being informed.

The room is really big, the view is cool from the top floor, minus the hot water in the bathroom, only available in the morning, the TV screen is blue and there are few channels, fried rice for breakfast is delivered to the room, the portion is enough but the taste is really salty, but there are many sellers around the hotel so you can find alternatives if you want to eat something else.
