It's a little more friendly, ma'am, for the answer, it's not really accurate to me, telling me to call traveloka, it's more friendly, because I didn't ask for compensation, I just asked how it was, thank you.

I've stayed here twice and this second time was totally the worst! The lobby & receptionist smells of cigarettes, that's disgusting. I've entered the room and want to take a break, I've been worrying about 3 times, checking to make sure the room is ready to use, ID card and booking voucher, what the hell is going on? There are no dental kit/shower cap amenities and others, only liquid soap. Sleeping on a mattress feels like sleeping on a peer springbed on a bed sheet, it's terrible! Last, after dawn, the electricity snapped off! At 8 o'clock the token is filled, isn't that crazy? Its my fucking nightmare!

New building, super comfortable bed and room facilities, everything is OK. Mumah if we order via airy, we usually get snacks, but in the room there is only mineral water, maybe we can study it again. Clean thumbs up. Service is quite friendly. the location is also near from everywhere. suitable for backpackers too.

Warm water only lights up the first 5 minutes after that back to normal water input only for the homestay party, it is better to write sharia in this application, because there are some young couples who somehow seem not just a couple. Even though it was clearly stated in the room there was an inscription that reads the points of the rules that must be obeyed, one of which must not enter and apply which is not a husband / wife. If there is an inspection from the RT / homestay apparatus the party is not responsible, more or less like that's the rule point.

for special orders all not available. no smoking room message. lt's not down there is no message. It's 3 up the stairs where it's dark again. have to go up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor. I won't stay here anymore.

The facilities are okay, the room is comfortable, the air conditioning is great, the bathroom is good, the room is not too big nor too small, too fast wifi. (Lower rooms. If you don't know the upper rooms), Transvision cable TV. Minus the TV position is too high, so the watching position must lie down, if watching the sitting position the neck hurts

The location is okay, the rooms are okay, clean, the service is friendly, only the personnel seem to lack. If you want to buy coffee is quite far, stay here really hommy. Satisfied for a family vacation at the end of 2019 yesterday, maintain and improve the service, I will be back here. Thanks Kertan Homestay.

Although the rooms are not too spacious, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, strategic location near the city center and the station. The homestay atmosphere was calm and not brittle, so on the other chance you could stay here again 😊
