The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of the city. Easy access to anywhere. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. I like this hotel the most, there is a bolster. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is always the best. The restaurant is located on the roof top. The staff service is very friendly and makes it easy for us guests.

Property: The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite spacious. I booked two rooms with a balcony, but only one had one. The towels were a bit dirty. The bed was standard, no mini fridge. The room was clean and didn't smell. Location: Strategic location, close to the city center, easy to get around. Hospitality: Friendly staff. Food: Quite tasty and varied. Kids are free.

For an affordable hotel, the rates are good, the location is also strategic, there are many places to eat, for the room yesterday I managed to get a room where the bathroom still had tissue, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned 🥲 we complained immediately and they responded quickly and gave us a new room. The breakfast is really delicious, from Palembang dishes to other menus 💯 but the parking lot is not spacious.

The hotel is very comfortable, but I just realized that there is no mineral water in the room. Maybe I forgot to put it there, or maybe there wasn't any because I didn't ask the staff. The restaurant is very cozy, the food is varied and still warm, and the staff is friendly and responsive.
