Air toilet kuning, bnyk tanahnya, air minum kemasannya juga banyak kotorannya kayanya air kemasannya ambil dari keran, ada biaya tambahan diluar harga traveloka, tidak diberikan selimut, sangat bad experience, kalau tidak sanggup sediakan minum mending sekalian tidak usah, dari pada jadi menyebar penyakit kepada pengunjung, saya masih bisa beli air minum sendiri, tapi kalau ga sadar minum air yg disediakan tanpa teliti liat air itu kotor yg rugi konsumen bisa kena penyakit.

Dengan harga segitu saya gak berharap muluk-muluk, karena cuma butuh untuk istirahat saja. Segala sesuatu nya oke2 aja, tapi ketika tengah malam tiba-tiba terbangun mendengar suara pertengkaran. Di sini ambyar sudah ketenangan saya untuk bisa tidur. Saya tidak tau siapa yang tengah bertengkar dan teriak-teriak, entah tamu atau siapa. Tp cukup bikin saya kaget. Mohon maaf jika tidak berkenan dengan refiew saya 🙏.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan koolkost near margo karena: 1. Gambar dan aslinya jauh beda. 2. Fasilitas yang buruk closet ga ada penampungan siram, keramiknya jorok, air nya sedikit bau besi, atapnya pendek jadi engap, pintu kamar mandi rusak, tidak diberi selimut, tidak ada tv, seprei warna hitam bukan putih atau warna lainnya yang menunjukan kebersihan, kasur keras, bantalnya tipis, dan hanya dikasih bantal kepala, handuk udah kusam, kamar nya di rooftop lantai 3 seperti gudang dibuat kamar, tangga ke lantai 3 juga curam dan sempit terasa tidak safety, trus dinding kamar terbuat dari kayak triplek atau gypsum gitu jadi tipis dan mudah rapuh. 3. Penginapan rasa di kekang karena ada jam keluar masuk, jadi malam kalau udah jam 12 malam ga bisa keluar lagi dari penginapan dan yang masih di luar penginapan lewat jam 12 malam ga bisa masuk lagi karena udah digembok serta pintu kalau mau cek out early harus buat janji karena dibuka baru jam 8 pagi, aneh setau saya penginapan keluar masuk bebas namanya juga penginapan/hotel dan ada aturan kayak hotel bintang yaitu ada kejatuhan noda di seprei baik air, darah cairan dan lain-lain denda harga kamar serta merokok juga denda harga kamar dan lain-lain. 4. Ini yang paling menjengkelkan, yaitu pelayanan pihak penginapan baik karyawan maupun ibu yang kata karyawannya adalah pemilik penginapan sangat tidak ramah sekali muka nya sombong, angkuh ngomong tidak ada senyum dan lebih kayak mau mau engga ga masalah waduh kacau kalau mau gitu ga usah bikin penginapan.
