KR hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited because the standard of service like a five-star hotel makes staying so pleasant especially for me who stays with toddlers and 7-month-old babies. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, room service cleans the room twice a day plus changing bed sheets, adding mineral water, replacing toiletries, and all of them are free. I, who initially only stayed 3 days, added another day because my toddler didn't want to go home. Vacationing is fun, satisfying service, all staff are friendly and alert if needed. If I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again

Parking is limited. The floor of the room still feels sticky when stepped on, don't know why. The shower water is not hot at all. Everything else is so-so, not bad and not extraordinary.

Given the remaining room, the staff lied. Chronologically, we checked in at night, and the staff informed us that the room we were staying in had a manual floor lock. 3 and was informed that all TVs were under maintenance and none of them were active or all were off. But when I checked out I saw the room next to me 301/302. There was a large TV with it on and there was TV broadcasting. Next time if you want to give me the remaining room, it's better to be HONEST. Thank You.

The location is strategic, the service is good, but the wardrobe is not very clean, there are lots of dirty pillow cases and the zippers are missing, and the pillows are yellow, and there are mosquitoes in the room too.

Sangat buruk, pesen kamar yang type paling lebar, pas masuk shampo gak dapet, sikat gigi gak dapet, AC kurang dingin, tisu gak ad, pas cek lantai ada bekas sisa abu rokok 😭, gak dapet air minum. Untuk kamar 350rb sangat jauh jauh banget dari kata layak, mending pesen kamar yang paling murah aja kalo fasilitas gak ada apa-apa.
