The hotel service is very bad, guests are left waiting for a long time outside because the fences are all locked, the condition of the hotel is not good, there is no good guest management, very disappointing, finally we had to move hotels! This hotel is not worth it, recommended.

At the time of check-in, no one serves even though they have waited a long time so they cannot stay overnight. Very detrimental to consumers because the villa has already been paid for.

Very satisfied to stay here. Friendly service. Cheap prices for good rooms can use the kitchen, just according to the picture of the place. Later, when going to Bali, definitely come here again. Ma'am is also good. Very recommended.
