Kami menginap di previously room kuldesak room only. Datang jam 14.00 siang. Kemudian sampai di kamar tidak ada air di kamar mandi dan wastafel. Komplain ke bagian resepsionis hanya di suruh menunggu sementara kita bawa bayi. Akhirnya hard complain jam 18.00 baru di tanggapi untuk pindah kamar. Very poor service semoga owner membaca ini seperti tidak ada persiapan bahwa akan ada tamu yang datang menginap. Kebetulan kamar kami persis di belakang meja reseptionis. Kamar banyak nyamuk. Nilai plus hanya kolam renang dan cafe dan area sport basket yang bersih dan terawat terima kasih.
