Tahun 2017 pernah nginep di sini 2x dan kemaren nginep lagi setelah 7 tahun! Tapi bukannya semakin bagus malah semakin buruk, sayang banget padahal staff ramah dan cepat tanggap, tapi fasilitas malah dikurangin, contoh: 1. Alat- alat didapur cuma ada penggorengan 1, panci 1, pisau, piring sendok mangkok gelas, talenan tidak ada, baskom-baskom tidak ada. Repot pokoknya kalo masak. 2. Handuk di area kolam renang sudah tidak tersedia. 3. Lantai di pojokan banyak tai cicak dan semut sampe beli baygon sendiri. 4. AC area ruang keluarga tidak dingin. 5. Rice cooker tidak disediakan. Dulu, alat dapur lengkap, area kolam renang disediakan handuk, lantai bersih, jangan bikin kecewa pengunjung, nanti jadi males balik lagi dan mikir untuk nginep di kuldesak.

Very good & worth it, good road access, basically there are no problems, just 1 thing that is lacking, the rice cooker has to be rented & the price is 100k 😐, even the dish soap doesn't have any foam because there's too much water. Al the results of the washing are not clean 😓.

Rooms 1 & 3 ac are not cold, back and forth the receptionist has no response, even the first day of complaint directly at home, the second night staying there was a birthday party, a little disturbing comfort. Less professional

Check in was at 16.00 because the property had not been cleaned, the room had lots of flies and in the living room too, musty smell on the bed linen, didn't get breakfast, the most ruined experience on vacation.

Thank you for your input and it will be taken into consideration for the future to be even better.
when you checked in, we were informed that the villa was not in order, at least you waited for about 30 minutes ... we were cleaning up but your group had all entered.
for our breakfast problem from the start at the receptionist, we have been informed for the time being during the pandemic we do not provide breakfast. To replace it, we give free extrabed 2 units and your party agreed to replace breakfast with 2 extrabed units.
If this is a disappointment on your part, we're sorry, we think it was well informed at first.

Clean rooms, complete kitchen with cooking utensils. Clean swimming pool, must wear a bathing suit. You don't have to borrow bs for free when you get here, there's a problem in AC 1 room and the living room isn't cold. Complaint from the afternoon, call repeatedly to the service room, technicians come at 8 pm. Alhamdulillah, it's cold after adding freon.

The villa is nice, the building is still new, the service is good, the swimming pool is okay. I got a villa that has 4 rooms that are right in front of the pool. A little lack, access to the villa rises up and down the stairs, so if you bring your parents it is rather poor.

The location of the villa is okay, the villa is also big but unfortunately I got it on the 2nd floor, while bringing the children and I are pregnant, there is 1 room AC is not cold, the telephone is broken, right into the door of many red ants. Please increase the service to be satisfied if you stay at this villa. Thanks.

It's a good place to stay with a group of 8-10 people. Has a complete facilities and it's also possible to have a barbecue party here. Kuldesak will provide the tools and equipment for barbecue, not for free though, we need to pay 75K Rupiah excluding charcoal and food ingredients. Overall, it's worth your money and expectations.

We like to stay here moreover this villa is perfect for our big family who bring children. the swimming pool is really cool. Some are for children, adults and there is a pool of warm water too. Even this villa also provides facilities for borrowing swimsuits if you don't bring a swimsuit.

The villa is still clean and beautiful. Because we have stayed there for the second time. The swimming pool is also clean and okay for children. But unfortunately there is one air conditioner in the room that is not cold, and the dishwasher faucet is leaking. But it's still nice to stay there with all the big families. My advice, because we stay there 3 nights every day bathing towels and doormats are also replaced every day. so it's still comfortable. thank you kuldesak villa.
