Clean and Friendly New Hotel, But Still Needs Improvement I stayed at Kyriad Lampung and was generally quite satisfied. The hotel is new, has a minimalist appearance, is clean, and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly. The parking area is also spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving a good first impression. However, there are some notes that hopefully can be input. The less fresh aroma is immediately smelled when exiting the elevator to the room, making the atmosphere feel stuffy. Maybe the air circulation in the hallway needs to be improved or air fresheners can be added to make guests feel more comfortable. The room is generally okay, but the bathroom smells of a sewer that is quite disturbing, possibly coming from the water drainage. For breakfast, the food choices in my opinion are ordinary, and unfortunately the dining area is all semi-outdoor, so in the morning it feels hot and uncomfortable to enjoy food. Maybe you can consider adding an indoor or air-conditioned area. One more thing to note is the location of the hotel which is quite far from the city center, located in a hilly area. Suitable for those looking for a quiet atmosphere, but requires additional effort for access. In conclusion, this hotel is promising because it is new and the service is good, but there is still room for improvement in terms of comfort and facilities. Great potential if managed more optimally.

Every time I stay here, I am always given the biggest bed, so it is comfortable, but the septic tank needs to be cleaned so it doesn't evaporate. Overall, it is comfortable and the price is cheap and quite clean. The staff are also friendly and ready to help.

The hotel staff is cool, friendly” the downside is that the air conditioning in the room is completely non-existent lol. The definition of being suffocated, and this room is hilarious. It’s not soundproof lol you can hear the karaoke people coming into the room, the first time I had a bad experience like this booking on Travelok. Please Travelok find a real partner. Delete people like this, they’re annoying
