Thank you Kytos Hotel for the great time. My friend and I had enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious and the place especially rooftop was so beautiful. You must visit rooftop and try their food here. We could leave our bags before checking in. It was best. The location is strategic if you want to go to Lembang. There are many restaurants and mini markets around here so it will be easy to find food.

A pretty good stay experience right on my birthday, I got a complimentary slice of cake, the staff was friendly, a welcome drink was provided, the hotel was clean, most of the rooms didn't have a good view, you could only see the roof tiles, the best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool because it is a warm water pool that is open until 10 pm, very nice for relaxing, the only drawback is the breakfast menu which is not very varied and the taste is standard, otherwise so far so good.

Quite satisfying for the service, facilities and breakfast. And the road access to everywhere is close. If you want to find a minimarket or other food, there are also many near the hotel. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy because the location is on the side of the road, but still the best overall!!✨🫶🏻

This is the second time staying at this hotel with family. The location is strategic & very kids-friendly because this hotel has a hot water pool so the kids are very happy. The variety and taste of breakfast food is also okay. Hopefully it can be even better, Kytos!

My first experience staying at Kytos was very pleasant, the hotel location is really strategic in front of Enhai campus, so it's easy to go anywhere. The hot water swimming pool is at RPPF Top, on the same floor as the restaurant. Overall, it's highly recommended

for the second time staying here. the service is always friendly and given a free upgrade from standard to superior with a connecting room.
really like the warm water swimming pool.
for the room is always clean but because the room faces the road, the noise of vehicles can still be heard.
overall highly recommended to stay here because the price is pocket-friendly and not too far for tourism to the city center or to Lembang
