Dirty balcony, dirty bathroom walls, the ceiling on the balcony should also be repaired, the guest chairs are a little torn, there is no mineral water in the gallon, the floor drain is far from the shower, the smart TV is unstable, others are OK, cheap and close to the city center

Arrived at 3:00 PM, past the check-in time because the room was ready. When I got there, the room wasn't ready, the floor was still wet and slippery and had just been mopped. Asked for a hanger but it wasn't delivered, so I went downstairs again. Asked for an additional electrical outlet but they said there wasn't one, so I went downstairs AGAIN. Had to complain back and forth upstairs and downstairs. After checking in, the room should have been ready and all I had to do was rest, but instead I kept complaining back and forth. What's worse is that I was asked for an electrical outlet but that's the answer. The worst thing is that I was even chatted like this and accused of giving one star. This is the first time I've been to a place to stay and been given a private message like this. Maybe if the admin saw my review, they would tell me to change the rating. I don't recommend the place
