The AC is not cold enough, the sink is slightly leaking, the provision of tissues is very limited, only 1 mineral water bottle is given, even though the order also states that the stay is for 2 people The most unfortunate thing is that only borrowing cutlery cannot be delivered to the room, guests must still go down to the lobby, I can't imagine if I bring a baby and need cutlery but still have to be told to go to the lobby, it's a bit of a hassle for sure But maybe with a relatively cheap price so there aren't many things that can be obtained there Maybe next time I can stay there again considering that the hotel is also close to the city center, Only the service can be improved again

Everything is okay for that type of accommodation. But for the food, please pay attention to the taste again. 2 days of staying got a very salty sahur meal for me. The rest is all good and friendly.

Satisfied staying here, very close to Pasar Atum. Hot water is not smooth. There is only one elevator that goes to the parking floor, it needs to be added.

The food is not varied. Arriving at the restaurant around 7.30, it was mostly empty, so I had instant noodles for breakfast. It was not refilled until it was empty. Ordered a fried egg cooked perfectly, but was given 1/2 cooked. Ordered a hairdryer, but it was not delivered until check out.

Initially given an old room, ugly and seemed scary. But after complaining to Traveloka and the hotel, finally given a new room but it was just so-so, not like in the photo, but it was better than the old room. But it's strange why people give good reviews, I think the hotel is just okay. Where there is no tissue on the table and only one trash can in the toilet. There is also only tissue in the toilet.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is relatively clean and very proper for the price of Rp200 thousand (without breakfast). For the location, it is a bit hidden and quite far from the city center. But if you are planning to visit the old city of Surabaya, it is highly recommended to stay here. Moreover, the location is right next to the Atom market. If you don't have any health problems, just walk to the Atom market because it is really close
