It was amazing experience to stay in this hotel. big rooms, full of features (it even have Bluetooth speaker), I've got a room which located in the front of a swamp, nice view. even more beautiful when I also got honeymoon's treat in my room. One of our most fascinating stay ever! Staffs were extremely polite and helpful. This hotel doesn't have beach access but worry not, they provide free shuttle every one hour that will take you to the beach and Bali Collection. There were also other facilities I am delighted to share to you that haven't stayed here: 1. There was also free one time day bed voucher in Mengiat Beach Club. 2. Free bicycle to ride around nusa dua. Pedals pedals. 3. Free valet parking since we rent a car to explore Bali 4. One time complimentary minibars. Soft drinks and fruits. Awesome! 5. Assorted Bali signature cakes upon our arrival. 6. Warm relaxing towels and drinks upon our check in. 7. The room was spacious and sparkling clean 8. And last but not least, the best part, we booked Deluxe Suite room and surprised when we got in the room. It was premiere suite! Thank you Bali Nusa Dua and Traveloka. It was a really comforting stay especially for us that traveled with baby. Oh, p.s: they have variety of delightful foods and beverages for your breakfast.

The hotel is superb! Exactly like what you see in the pictures. Staff are friendly. It has a Good sized pool, with a backyard which is only few steps away from the beach with sunbeds provided. It was very quiet during my stay as it was still in pandemic time.

Went to Bali for a wedding event at Taman Bhagawan which located right across the hotel and had a great 2 nights stay here! The bedroom was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 children. Surprisingly, the bathroom was bigger than I thought it would be and in fact quite spacious. The room also has a balcony completed with single outdoor sofa chairs and a very nice view! We booked two rooms and got the street view. From the balcony, you can see Taman Bhagawan and some plenty palm trees scenery right across the hotel. Since the room is facing the sunrise you'll get plenty of sunlight in the morning which I personally enjoyed. At night, the street wasn't noisy at all since most places around there closes at 9/10-ish (unless there are events held at Taman Bhagawan. On the wedding day, we can quite hear some of the music played at the event from our room but other than that is was fine). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, you can choose between coffee/tea, omelette with sausage/potato slices and croissant/brown bread with fresh slice fruits/orange juice. There's not much on the breakfast menu but they still tastes good. Didn't get the chance to try the lunch/dinner menu though. The hotel's location itself were very strategic with a convenience store right next to it and a pharmacy just a couple of walks ahead. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, great experiences for a budget-friendly stay and definitely would come back!

The breakfast menu was kind of blant, but I like the service speed from the housekeeping team, when I requested for something, the delivered it so quick. Room is also beautiful. Definitely will consider coming back to grand mirage.
