I'd like to stay here again in near future

Only stay 2 night, I move. A lot of cocroach and bedbug.

frontdesk staff sleeping on the job, room looked uncleaned for some time, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, no bathroom door knob, tv not working

All is good, but this hotel doesn't have spoon and plate. The restaurant also close too.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The housekeeping service was great, with the room being cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. However, the bathroom floor was often wet due to a poor draining system, which could be a bit of a hassle. The breakfast spread was really good, and I particularly enjoyed the ice chocolate – it was definitely a highlight! The service from Mr. Jimmy and his colleague was exceptional; they were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. One downside was the location. It's a bit far from the central city, so I had to deal with traffic congestion every day. However, it’s conveniently located near an Indomaret, which was handy for quick errands. All in all, I’d rate my experience an 8.5/10. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter stay, but be prepared for the commute into the city. Thank you so much ! :)
