. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? overall everything excellent, we had enjoyed the stay here for family staycation, the first one thing that we forgot is we booked without included the child in the reservation so we have to pay another breakfast additional for kids, the second we booked the room king premier (with a bathtub in picture) but seems it is wrong information at the application because the type of room with a bathtub is superior room above, but it is okay because all happy, thank you for the excellent services from all side, see you again soon!

Little disturbed with bugs we find at our bathroom. But overall, you get what you paid for. With its reasonable price point, I say this is the perfect place for a working trip (because you're gonna be here only when its late night & breakfast time).

Not bad at all, good for 1-2 night stays. The room is quite clean, the location is near many good spots in Jakarta. If you plan to spend your day mostly outside, to travel around the city, this hotel can be a good option since the price is good.
