Everything about this hotel was great. The hotel has a beautiful pool and courtyard surrounding. Staff is super friendly/warm and provides a clean/secure stay. Kids Club was very good.

I love this hotel. The room was nice. My husband and my son were happy when they entered the room and directly enjoyed the lagoon. The location is also great; you can walk around to the mart and restaurant, even the beach.

This hotel told me when i inquired about a booking that my method of payment could not be used so I booked elsewhere...this hotel then used that method of payment to take $800 from my card for not showing up...I also heard nothing from them prior to that....I stayed in 3 other hitels in bali and was notified about my booking and also recieved welcome emails the day before we arrived at each of the 3 hotels...as far as we were concerned we had no confirmed booking as they couldnt use our method of payment....but then stole $800 out of my account. If I thought for one moment they would continue with booking and take money from my wise card I would have contacted them....We had no notification that they were expecting us. I dont know how to get my money back?

We would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly to us and our son. The swimming pool and garden are designed woven together, with quirky sculptures. I think this would be called a boutique hotel compared with the bigger resorts in Bali. If you like something a bit different and arty then you will like it. The location was excellent for Jimbaran, go straight out the back of the hotel and you're at the fish restaurants and the beach.

Good 5 nights here. Was upgraded upon arrival to swim up room, although we rarely used this feature. Room was a very good size and comfortable bed. Some cracked tiles and dirty grout/silicone in bathroom could be refreshed but all in all pretty clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Smiley and Ali very friendly by the pool. Nice pool area. All meals in the restaurant were nice.

The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and AC. A lovely view of the pool from the balcony. Our only disappointment was the amount of smoke entering the property from the beach restaurants which we had never experienced during previous stays. We otherwise enjoyed our stay like always and love the short trip to the airport before a long flight.

To be honest, this likely used to be a top notch property, but they're way behind with repairs and upkeep of the property. The lication is walking distance to the town and beach. We would choose a different hotel next time. It was very noisy all the time. The chairs around the pool are limited and our lagune access room didn't even have loungers to sit on. Disappointed!

I’m sorry this accommodation wasn’t for me. It’s very tired and needs some serious updating. Shower pressure barely working and nor was toilet. This accommodation aimed at families with children snd on a budget. Just not our cup of tea.
