The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic, the rooms are spacious and soundproof. For cleanliness, it must be improved, the sheets and blankets have many stains and the color is dull. The bathroom water flow is unstable, small but suddenly big for a moment. The food is less varied.

This is my second time staying here. This time I took 2 rooms because I was with my family and parents. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is comfortable. Spacious parking lot. Clean room. Clean pillow spray. Cold AC. The shower for hot water also works well. Clean towels. Breakfast is in accordance with the HTL category. The taste is quite good. There are herbal medicines available. The location is also good. Because we are from Jakarta, it is closer to the toll road during peak hours. So far this HTL is good. Thank you Le Semar. Hopefully you will be successful and maintain what you already have.

Booked a superior twin room. Just my opinion.... Pros: - Classic vintage building, I like it - Comfortable and clean room - The soap immediately smells like melon-flavored Marjan syrup - Friendly and helpful front desk - Comfortable parking - The place is not noisy, good for resting Cons - The breakfast doesn't suit my taste even though there are quite a lot of types. I prefer not too many types as long as it's delicious

Very bad service, the staff is not friendly when asked and ordering food. The worst is doing fogging at night without notice and almost killed my family because of poisoning coughing and vomiting to the hospital. Really crazy, the staff without apologizing and feeling guilty already wanted to kill people. Be careful for those of you who will stay here, you can get poisoned because of sudden fogging. Lives are at stake.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly when ordering food, very unfriendly, plus the worst thing was the hotel staff fogged me at night without warning and almost killed my family because they were poisoned to the point of coughing and vomiting until they were taken to the hospital at night, no apology or guilt, chaotic service, very bad, be careful for those of you who want to stay here, suddenly they fogged me at night and then poisoned me.
