Too bad the stay was not memorable. The room floor was dirty, the TV was broken (eventually replaced), the furniture in the room looked unclean & poorly maintained (dusty), even the hotel hallway was like that, the bathroom was flooded, I don't know why there was always a puddle of water under the toilet. Additional: empty shampoo bottles. My conclusion, not well prepared even though I booked it H-1.

The intention was to immediately rest when we arrived at the hotel, but we were asked for a refund on the grounds that the rooms were full. How could that be, we had already paid and received a booking code. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms were full. This is the result of looking for another hotel 🙃.

Overall oke kalau buat stay bentar. Kemarin booked untuk SMTown Jakarta jadi ditinggalin ga sampe 24 jam. Cuma memang keliatan udah lama gitu furniturenya ya jadi waktu masuk kamar aroma kayu agak strong. Dan AC nya kurang dingin. Dan mungkin bisa lebih bersih lagii. Tapi boleh lah buat transit aja. Staffnya ramah.

Standart, nothing special. Berdebu dan perlu renovasi sih. Smart lock berkali-kali tidak berfungsi. Jadi tiap mau masuk kamar harus laporan dulu ke receptionist untuk buka pintu kamar.

The rooms are clean, the facilities provided are good, wifi, TV, easy access to the hotel area. The staff is friendly, not far from the hotel there is an Indomaret and in the morning you get a fairly complete light breakfast. I like it in the room, not too noisy motorbikes or cars so it's more comfortable when resting okay

For comfortable rooms, the facilities are okay. There is a coffee maker too. Anyway, suitable and comfortable to rest. Incidentally at that time I had activities at JCC and access to the location of this hotel was very close, maybe just finding food was a bit difficult at night. Overall comfortable, must try.

The service during the check-in process is friendly and good, the rooms are also very good, the facilities provided are good, from wifi and TV. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor area which can make it easier for us to refill drinking water. Overall okay, this is a recommendation for those of you who are having regional events at GBK, Senayan Park, JCC, okay, worth trying.

The toilet smells of sperm. Stuffy room. The bed has termites. The mattress looks like it has been used for dozens of years, not replaced with a new one. This is a hotel in the middle of the city, but how come the quality is like that of a 'like that' hotel?
